**Chapter 1**: The Dream Begins
Hey, I'm Minji. I'm a high school student in Seoul, and I'm 15. Well, I'm actually not from Korea; I'm from Australia. My dad is Australian and my mum is Korean. I always listen to K-pop songs in my bedroom while dreaming of becoming a K-pop idol. My walls are covered with posters of my favorite idols, and I love to dance and spend hours perfecting dance routines and singing along to their songs.
One day, I heard about auditions for JYP Entertainment, one of the biggest entertainment companies in the industry. I was jumping with joy. My parents were a bit upset at first, but they knew how much this meant to me, so they gave me their blessing to go for it.
